A €600,000 price reduction has been announced on the 28.5-metre Extra Yachts motor yacht Uilia, listed for sale with Maria Razumi and Julia Skop of Smart Yachts.
Delivered in 2019, the motor yacht was built in Italy and designed by Francesco Guida, who also penned the interiors, while her naval architecture was developed by Vripack.
The main deck hosts an open living area, complete with a large sofa, Minotti armchairs and a retractable television. The space also benefits from large windows, allowing natural light in.
Uilia can accommodate up to 10 guests across five cabins. This includes a master cabin located forward on the main deck with a desk, seating area and panoramic windows.
Additionally, there are four cabins on the lower deck for guests, including two VIP cabins and two twins. There is also space for five crew members on board.
Through glass double doors, the main deck aft is complete with soft furnishings and a coffee table under the shading of the deck above.
Another saloon can be found on the upper deck flanked by glass doors for an outdoor-indoor feel. The room features a round dining table made for a formal dining experience with seating for eight guests.
Outdoor living is paramount on Uilia, with an upper deck that has sunloungers, a sofa set and al fresco dining space for up to 12 guests.
Up top, the sundeck has two sunbathing areas along with a living space with optional shading and 360-degree views.
Powered by triple Volvo Penta IPS engines, the yacht for sale delivers an impressive cruising speed of 12 knots, with the capability to reach a maximum speed of 17.5 knots.
Uilia is now asking €8,900,000.
