The 30.5-metre Ocean Alexander motor yacht Chindon has been listed for sale with Alex Rogers and Mike Finnegan of Northrop & Johnson.
Delivered in 2016, Chindon was designed by Evan K. Marshall who also penned the interiors, and built by Ocean Alexander, who also developed the naval architecture. The motor yacht has benefitted from significant maintenance and servicing in both 2022 and 2025 and carries an extended engine propulsion warranty through to March 2027.
The interior makes full use of the yacht’s 173 GT, with expansive main saloon windows bringing natural light throughout the space. Stepping inside, the area includes a lounge area as well as a dining table that seats eight guests.
Further forward is a country kitchen-style galley and extra more dining space for an alternative socialising option.
Accommodations are arranged for eight guests in four cabins, highlighted by a full-beam master suite. A forward VIP cabin and two additional guest cabins complete the guest layout, while separate crew accommodations are for five.
For al fresco dining, the main deck aft has built-in sofas with dining tables all under the shade of the deck above. This area also benefits from a bar for entertaining guests.
Up in the upper saloon, the helm is stationed forward with lounging areas and a bar aft offering an informal social space.
The upper deck aft is built for relaxing, with a built-in sofa and coffee tables adjacent to a bar. There are also two sunloungers on this deck, all covered by optional shading.
The yacht for sale's top speed is 25 knots, and her cruising speed is 22 knots. Her power comes from two MTU diesel engines.
Chindon is asking $5,495,000.
