The 29.6-metre Marlow Yachts motor yacht Rat Pack has been sold in a deal with Drew Offerdahl of Denison Yachting representing the seller and Mordy Miltz of Yachts360 representing the buyer.

Built in China, Rat Pack was delivered in 2011, designed entirely by Marlow Yachts and is the only 97E model. Over $1,500,000 has been invested into the vessel over the past few years, including a new paint job, new teak, new electronics, a new tender, new interior and exterior soft goods and full mechanical and hydraulic services.

Rat Pack was last asking $2,999,000

The saloon has teak and holly flooring with two large settees and leads forward to a formal dining room with seating for eight guests, storage cabinets for china and crystal and a wine cooler.

Rat Pack accommodates up to 10 guests in a master suite, two VIP suites, one of them located in the bow and the other being midship and full-beam with private access from the saloon, and a twin cabin.

The full-beam master suite is aft and has no less than four wardrobes plus a his-and-hers bathroom with a shower and tub. All cabins are en suite and are decorated in designer fabrics with Shoji screen window treatments.

The large aft deck has seating for eight guests and can be fully enclosed for all-weather use.

The foredeck features two built in sofas facing forward, benefiting from uninterrupted views of the sea ahead.

Forward of the galley is the lower helm and a comfortable seating area with a table to port for casual dining.

The bridge has a helm station forward, while behind it, to port and starboard, are two large seating areas, each with a teak table, and offering room for up to 10 guests for casual relaxation. This area can be opened or closed via a recently replaced ceramic-coated isinglass enclosure.

Moving aft, there is a complete bar area to starboard with a professional stainless Miele electric grill and Sub-Zero refrigeration. To port is a large double sun lounge. This entire area is covered with a custom shade.

Her twin Caterpillar engines give her a comfortable cruising speed of 20 knots and a maximum speed of 25 knots.

Located in Palm Beach, Florida, Rat Pack was last asking $2,999,000.
