International Yacht Collection sends word of a $400,000 price cut on Mark Elliott’s central listing for sale, the 29.6 metre motor yacht Kakawi.

Built by Marlow Yachts, Kakawi was delivered in 2011 and her twin 1,800hp Caterpillar engines give her a comfortable cruising speed of 20 knots. The large aft deck has seating for eight guests and can be fully enclosed in poor weather. An elegant saloon has teak and holly flooring with two large settees and leads forward to a formal dining room with seating for eight guests, storage cabinets for china and crystal and a wine cooler.

Kakawi accommodates up to 10 guests in a master suite, two VIP staterooms and a twin cabin. The full beam master suite is aft and has no less than four wardrobes plus a his and hers bathroom with a shower and tub. All staterooms are en suite and are decorated in designer fabrics with Shoji screen window treatments.

The bridge has a helm station forward while behind it to port and starboard are two large seating areas each with a teak table and offering room for up to 10 guests.

Available to view at the Fort Lauderdale boat show, Kakawi is down from $5,350,000 to $4,950,000.
