The 39.7-metre Cantiere delle Marche (CdM) motor yacht Aurelia has been sold off-market. IYC's Richard Gray represented the seller while Richard Allingham introduced the buyer.
As the inaugural yacht of the Italian yard’s Flexplorer series, Aurelia cleverly marries rugged explorer looks and capability, conceived by Hydro Tec, with the bold, contemporary elegance of Francesco Paszkowsk in collaboration with Margherita Casprini. According to BOATPro, Aurelia was delivered in 2020 and underwent an extensive refit in 2022.
Highlights onboard include her striking asymmetrical main deck, an expansive beach club with fold-down bulwarks that create a 1,238-square-foot, open-air terrace, and an innovative two-level wine cellar ingeniously built into the stairwell.
A three-tonne carbon fibre crane on deck can effortlessly launch a large eight-metre tender, which is seamlessly integrated into the aft deck to preserve space and flow.
Inside, the main saloon is flooded with natural light through panoramic starboard windows, enhancing the sense of space and connection to the sea. A fully equipped gym with skylights aft on the lower deck blends fitness with luxury, offering a practical yet refined onboard lifestyle.
Accommodation is tailored for up to nine guests across four cabins, including a full-beam owner’s suite on the main deck, two VIPs and a twin.
Designed for long-range cruising, Aurelia can cover a range of 10,000 nautical miles at 9.5 knots, powered by twin Caterpillar C32 engines, and is equipped with zero-speed stabilisers for comfort at anchor.
Special thanks were given to Vasco Buonpensiere and Filippo Buonpensiere from Cantiere delle Marche, and Aurelia's crew and captain, Carlo Summonti.
Aurelia's asking price is unknown.
