A €500,000 price reduction has been announced on the 40.8-metre Benetti motor yacht Tosun, listed for sale with Thibault Roi and Peter Brown of Burgess.
Delivered in 2022 by the Italian shipyard (who also completed her naval architecture alongside Pierluigi Ausonio PLANA), Tosun was designed by RWD and outfitted with interiors owed to Bonetti / Kozerski architecture. According to her brokers, she features minimal engine hours and has been kept to high standards by her sole owner since delivery.
Tosun's main saloon offers a bright and light-filled entrance to the yacht, designed with pale wood flooring and cream sofas paired with white marble top coffee tables. Moving forward is a dining area that seats 10 guests, flanked by large windows for a view off the side of the boat, while further forward features a wellness room which can be used for exercise, such as yoga or pilates or even as a spa room.
Nestled into the bow is the full-beam owner's suite, which features a walk-in dressing room as well as a his-and-hers bathroom.
The lower deck houses are guest accommodations for up to 11 guests, featuring three doubles and a twin, all equipped with en suites. There is also an additional berth for flexible arrangements. Meanwhile, further quarters on the lower deck can also sleep seven crew members.
Upstairs, the upper saloon features large soft furnishings for a more formal lounging space, centred around a large TV. Outside of the same deck, there is an al fresco dining space that seats ten on a large wooden table. The deck benefits from panoramic views off the back of the boat to complement the dining area.
The sundeck offers more lounging and dining space, with soft furnishings aft in the sun for maximum sun-catching and a large dining table in the middle, under the shading of the roof that seats eight guests. Forward sits a bar with three bar stools and sunpads in front.
On the bow, there is a large sofa area with coffee tables to pair with it. Optional umbrellas allow for a versatile space that can be shaded or used as a sunbathing area.
Tosun also benefits from a large beach club, with sunpads and coffee tables behind a large pool looking out onto the sea. The steps down to the swim platform make the area easily accessible for a swim in the sea.
The yacht for sale can reach a maximum speed of 17 knots and can cruise at 16 knots.
Tosun is now asking €20,900,000.
