The 42.3-metre Mondomarine motor yacht Serenity is now listed for sale under a joint central agency with Deniz Kaymaz of Northrop & Johnson and Francesco Pitea of SF Yachts.
Built in aluminium in 2015 by the Italian shipyard, Serenity was designed by Luca Vallebona as an "owner-driven" project, emphasising "volume, privacy and long-range capability". The yacht's innovative layout and naval architecture earned recognition at the 2016 World Superyacht Awards, where she won her size category.
Accommodation is for 12 guests across five cabins, with the entire upper deck dedicated to the master suite, creating a private apartment rather than a conventional stateroom arrangement. The split-level suite boasts 180-degree panoramic views and direct access to a private forward sunpad equipped with fold-down balconies on both sides.
Interior styling here incorporates high-gloss rosewood, Calacatta marble framed in Portoro stone and custom furniture throughout, while the bathroom and dressing area centre around a freestanding bathtub with mosaic detailing. Aft on the owner's deck, a private lounge doubles as a cinema room and opens onto a spacious terrace with dining for 10 guests and a dedicated bar.
Four additional guest suites are located on the lower deck, each featuring individual colour schemes and en suite bathrooms finished with onyx basin tops. There are separate quarters for eight crew.
The main saloon features full-height windows and fold-down balconies, creating a bright and open atmosphere. Two full-size sofas face each other in the lounge area, while the dining area seats eight guests and is separated by a low central partition with an integrated fireplace. Finishes combine high-gloss wood, lighter lacquered panels and pale stone flooring.
Outdoor areas include a sundeck with an infinity-style pool, sunpads and shaded lounging areas. The bridge deck aft provides additional dining space, while the main aft deck offers relaxed seating close to the water level. A large swim platform facilitates easy sea access.
Twin MTU 12V 2000 M94 engines power the semi-displacement yacht for sale to a maximum speed of 16.5 knots with a range of 4,500 nautical miles at 12 knots. The broker also points out that Serenity has "low engine hours" and an "exceptionally well-laid-out engine room". Other key specs include an internal volume of 496GT, a beam of 8.8 metres and a draught of 2.2 metres.
Serenity is asking €17,500,000.
