Award-winning 62m CRN motor yacht Rio listed for sale

The 62-metre CRN motor yacht Rio has joined the brokerage market with David Westwood and Alex Heyes of TWW Yachts.

Delivered in 2022, Rio was built by historic shipyard CRN under the Ferretti Group brand, constructed in steel and aluminium to a design by Dutch design studio, Omega Architects. In "turn-key condition", her bright and contemporary interiors, described by the broker as "stylish and playful", were created by Pulina Exclusive Interiors. 

Rio's naval architecture was developed in-house by the Italian yard, and won her an award at the 2023 Design & Innovation Awards for her "carefully sized equipment and constant attention to weight".

With a generous 11-metre beam and four decks, Rio is designed to balance style with functionality. Her main saloon sets the tone for her breezy modern interior, offering an open-plan layout that maximises natural light through floor-to-ceiling windows. The space seamlessly combines areas for dining and relaxing, creating an inviting atmosphere for both socialising and quiet retreats. 

Above, her skylounge provides an additional sanctuary, featuring multiple sofas and lounge areas perfect for unwinding.

 12 guests are accommodated across six cabins. Unusually for a yacht this size, three of the cabins are full-beam, including the owner's suite, a main-deck VIP and a lower-deck VIP. The owner's suite is situated on a private deck, which (alongside the skylounge) is also equipped with an office, a sizable dressing area, and his-and-hers bathrooms. Meanwhile, there are further quarters for a crew of 15 in nine cabins. 

Rio’s outdoor areas are equally versatile, offering multiple options for lounging, entertaining and relaxing. Her beach club features a hammam, steam shower and a dedicated massage area, while a Jacuzzi pool and al fresco dining for 12 is located on the wheelhouse deck. 

The foredeck is also a highlight on board: elongated and spacious, with a sunken Jacuzzi surrounded by lounge chairs and loungers. Adding a touch of bespoke elegance to each deck is a bar adorned with rare marble sourced from around the world. 

Performance-wise, the 1,218GT yacht for sale cruises comfortably at 12 knots with a top speed of 15 knots, with power coming from twin Caterpillar engines. Key specs include an 11.2-metre beam and a 3.2-metre draft.

Rio is asking €53,000,000, currently located in Cap d'Ail.
