Having been withdrawn from the market in August 2020, the 56.4 metre Alloy sailing yacht Mondango 3 is back, listed for sale by Burgess.

Built in aluminium by New Zealand yard Alloy Yachts to a design by Dubois, Mondango 3 was delivered in 2014 and received a refit and hull repaint in May 2019. A flexible interior configuration by Reymond Langton can sleep up to 11 guests in five cabins including a full-beam master suite amidships, two doubles and two twins with an additional Pullman berth. Crew quarters are forward, allowing for 10 members of crew aboard this yacht for sale.

Mondango 3 is asking €35,000,000.

Highlights include a lifting keel allowing cruising in shallow waters, an aft deck spa pool, a cockpit protected by sliding glass side screens and curved glass doors and a swimming platform that unfolds from the starboard topsides. The yacht’s two large tenders can be stowed below the foredeck.

On the main deck, a floor to ceiling carved leather 'wall' with glass inserts houses an integrated 103-inch television screen, cleverly dividing the lounge area from the dining room. On the technical side, Mondango 3 has a Southern Spars carbon mast and boom with sails by North Sails, bow and stern TRAC thrusters, twin Northern Lights generators, and an HEM water maker.

She is powered by a single 1,450hp Caterpillar C-32 engine giving a top speed of 14 knots, a cruising speed of 12 knots and a range of 6,500 nautical miles at 10 knots. Under sail, she easily exceeds 16 knots in optimum weather conditions.
