A €700,000 price reduction has been announced on the 29.6-metre Amer Yachts motor yacht Debra One, listed for sale with Remy Becquet of Fraser.
Delivered in 2013 by the Italian yard as an Amer Cento model, her hull and superstructure were both built in GRP.
Debra One has never been chartered, and her broker notes that she has been "maintained and even upgraded constantly to the highest standards by her very meticulous and passionate owner."
Penned by Stefano Tini, her interiors are bright, complemented by natural tones and high-gloss woods which catch the light filtered in by panoramic windows.
The main saloon and dining area benefit from an open-plan layout with cohesive cream furnishings and jade elements inlaid in the dining and coffee tables.
Accommodation on board is for six guests across three cabins. The full-beam master suite is situated on the main deck and has direct access to a lower deck office - also full-beam. Large slabs of green quartz add richness to each cabin's ensuite bathroom.
The lower deck office can be converted into a third VIP cabin to increase Debra One's capacity to eight guests.
Guests can enjoy al fresco dining on the main deck aft; meanwhile, the flybridge boasts a second helm forward, a hot tub and lounges aft and an additional dining table in between. The bow area features sunpads and a smaller table for cocktails or games.
Power comes from twin V12 CAT engines, propelling the yacht for sale to top speeds of 25 knots.
Lying in Sanremo, Italy, Debra One is now asking €2,200,000 with EU VAT paid.
