The 60-metre motor yacht MiMi has been newly listed for sale by 37 South.
Built of steel and aluminium by Benetti in 2008, the yacht was styled by Stefano Natucci with an interior designed by RWD, inspired by neutral earth tones, warm wood and cream upholstery. She was launched as Amnesia III before becoming Andreas L within the renowned Liveras Yachts fleet.
Her interior was upgraded during a 2019 refit and early in 2023 MiMi benefited from a "near complete paint job", structural and mechanical works as well as completing her 15-year Lloyd's Register special survey.
MiMi's accommodation is for a party of 12 with a full-beam owner's suite forward on the main deck with his and hers bathrooms and a private lounge at its entrance. A compact VIP double cabin, feeling larger thanks to its picture window, is located to starboard up on the bridge deck, with the remaining four guest cabins on the lower deck, all sporting white marble bathrooms.
The main saloon, with a formal dining table forward, is spacious and inviting for entertaining, opening out to the aft deck and comfortable seating. Al fresco dining beckons at the 12-seater rectangular teak table on the bridge deck aft, shaded by the overhang of the sundeck and adjoining the bright and airy skylounge, with games table, bar and lounge seating.
Up on the expansive sundeck is a Jacuzzi pool, with "swim-up" bar, a fully-enclosed, climate-controlled gym, a large oval table and ample sunpads. The transom opens to offer a substantial embarkation platform and "beach club experience", the garage containing myriad toys.
The 971GT yacht for sale is powered by twin Caterpillar diesels that were rebuilt in 2023. She has built a reputation in the charter market and is commercially registered.
