Bertrand Vogele, formerly the CEO of Yachting Partners International, sends me a personal note to say he’s sold his shares and is now no longer with the company.
YPI has confirmed with me that its parent company, shipbroking house Barry Rogliano Salles (BRS), has indeed purchased all remaining YPI shares to become outright owner of the luxury yachting group. The move, the last in a series of structural changes at YPI over the last year, now sees the appointment of long-standing BRS director and shareholder, Philippe Hetland Brault, as YPI CEO.
