Alev Karagulle at Burgess sends in news of two additions to the Burgess portfolio of yachts for sale.

The first is Baglietto's sleek new 53.03m motor yacht Baraka. Delivered earlier in 2010 and built to Lloyds class, this superyacht has a stunning interior including a striking full beam owner's suite complete with office and private lounge and a terrace on both sides.

MCA compliant, Baraka sleeps up to 12 guests and her twin 2482hp Caterpillar engines give her a cruising speed of 16 knots and a range of 4,100 nautical miles at an economical 12 knots. Baraka is asking €25 million and would make an appealing charter prospect.

Secondly, the 47.4m motor yacht Strangelove was delivered by the De Vries yard in 1982. A classic Feadship, she benefitted from a thorough refit when purchased by her current owner in 2004/2005 and has been well maintained throughout.

Accommodation is for 12 guests in a master suite, three double and two twin cabins. She offers, says Alev, a turnkey opportunity for summer relaxation or a refit project and the furniture in the main saloon is not fixed so could easily be rearranged.

With twin 850hp Caterpillar diesel engines giving this superyacht a range of 2,700 nautical miles at her cruising speed of 14.5 knots, Strangelove is on the market asking $12 million.
