The 27 metre Conrad motor yacht Chillin, listed for sale by Randy Bright at Galati Yacht Sales, has been sold with the buyer introduced by Peter Kinn and Shannon McCoy of Worth Avenue Yachts.
Built to Lloyd's class by Poland’s Conrad yard and delivered in 2005 with exterior styling by Dixon Yacht Design, Chillin is also MCA compliant and was most recently refitted in 2021. Her interior in high gloss American cherry wood accommodates eight guests in a main deck master suite, while below deck are a VIP suite and two twin berth cabins. All cabins have entertainment systems and marble en suite bathroom facilities.
The main saloon and dining room are both furnished with custom cream-coloured upholstery and lead out to a large aft deck with a table and eight chairs for al fresco dining. The upper deck offers full entertainment facilities in a skylounge with a large plasma television screen and surround sound system. An LED-lit skyscape on the ceiling provides a special decorative touch.
Up a deck is plenty of storage for water craft, with a crane for easy use, together with another dining table and bar for hosting informal guest get-togethers. The final key space is the sundeck with large sun pads for relaxing and enjoying the views. Her top speed is 13 knots and she boasts a maximum cruising range of 3,000 nautical miles at 11.5 knots with power coming from two 600hp Caterpillar 3406-E diesel engines.
Chillin was asking $2,990,000.
