9 July 2021 • Written by Malcolm Maclean

The 34.8 metre Couach motor yacht Pozitron, listed for sale by Eric Trupheme at Ocean Independence, has been sold with the buyer introduced by De Valk.

Built in Kevlar/composite by French yard Couach Yachts to a design by Exequiel Cano Lanza, Pozitron was delivered in 2000 as a Couach 3300 model with a comprehensive refit in 2017. The interior was designed by Franck Reynaud to welcome nine guests in five cabins comprising a master suite, VIP suite on the main deck, two twins and a single. All cabins have entertainment centres, new flatscreen television sets and full en suite facilities while a further two cabins sleep up to four crewmembers.

Pozitron was asking €2,000,000

The main saloon, decorated in restful shades of aquamarine, has comfortable furniture, a bar and an entertainment centre including a large flatscreen television set. Forward is a dining area with upholstered seating for nine guests. An unusual feature for a yacht of this size is a wheelchair-friendly elevator connecting all decks.

Outdoor spaces are extensive and include a large sheltered aft deck set up for al fresco entertaining and dining while the sun deck has built in upholstered seating, coffee tables and sun pads. Further, more private, sun pads are situated on the foredeck.

Twin 2,775hp MTU diesel engines allow a cruising speed of 22 knots, topping out at 32 knots.

Pozitron was asking €2,000,000.
