News just in from Burgess of a price switch from dollars to euros and consequent €10 million price drop on the 85.6m motor yacht Cakewalk, jointly listed for sale with Merle Wood & Associates.

Cakewalk is the largest yacht built in the USA since the 1930s, and the biggest ever built in the United States when measured by volume. Built by Derecktor in 2010 to a Tim Heywood design, her seamless interior is by Elizabeth Dalton.

All guest accommodation is situated on the main deck, including four staterooms with king size beds, two staterooms with double beds and one staff cabin with twin bunk beds. All guest staterooms have en suite bathrooms.

With four external decks to choose from there are numerous options for guests. The sun deck is furnished with a range of observation chairs, sun loungers and card tables, along with a bar and large whirlpool spa. The additional three external decks afford a blend of open or shaded seating and are ideal for relaxing, dining or entertaining alfresco

Cakewalk will remain in Florida/The Bahamas until mid-April, before crossing to the Mediterranean, arriving late April/early May.

The price of Cakewalk is now down from $179,500,000 to €119,000,000.
