Today, International Yacht Collection – joint central agents for Elandess with Burgess Yachts - announce a drop in the asking price for this 154ft Heesen from €35 million to €29 million.

Thom Conboy, from IYC in Florida, explains the reason behind the €6 million price drop: “The owner has taken delivery of a much bigger, 60 metre yacht, so he is a highly-motivated seller.” Launched in 2008, the yacht’s interior design is by Bannenberg & Rowell with exterior styling by Omega Architects; a pedigree that convinced judges at the 2009 Superyacht Awards to make Elandess joint winner in the Best Displacement Motor Yacht of Below 500GT category.

“We originally had the price high,” continues Conboy. “This price reduction reflects the current climate and is more market-acceptable.” Elandess is currently lying in Genoa.
