Fraser sells superyacht Loretta Anne IV

Good news from Jody O’Brien at Fraser Yachts as he tells me he closed on the sale of the 39.93m motor yacht Loretta Anne IV today to a direct client.

An all-aluminium yacht delivered in 2009, she’s the fifth vessel in a series designed and built by the famed team of Dubois, Donald Starkey and Alloy Yachts.

She offers a wonderful beamy aft deck which has alfresco dining for 10 and a lovely bar, a very large main saloon and dining saloon, an on-deck master with a his-and-her en suite, as well as a study and seating area within the master. Below there are three additional guest suites and a gym, which can be converted to a matching guest suite if desired.

Loretta Anne IV has the benefit of zero speed stabilisers, exceptionally good lines, great sea-keeping qualities and transoceanic range, allowing the yacht to move around the globe in total safety and comfort. Her aluminium construction has been built to the highest possible standards of Lloyd's and MCA.

Twin 1,400hp Caterpillar engines give Loretta Anne IV a cruising range of 4,000 nautical miles.

Loretta Anne IV  was asking $17.9 million and Jody says the sale coincides almost exactly with the delivery of the new 47m Loretta Anne.
