A price reduction of €1,700,000 has been announced on the 46.7-metre Heesen motor yacht My Secret, listed for sale with Stephanie Bosi of Burgess.
My Secret was delivered in 2012, constructed in steel and aluminium to an exterior design by Omega Architects, and outfitted with interiors by Bannenberg & Rowell. She has completed her 10-year survey and was repainted in 2021 with a petrol-blue hull and white superstructure.
Accommodation on board is for up to 10 guests in five cabins. A full-beam owner’s suite is located forward on the main deck and features an office, a marble-floored bathroom with an oval bathtub, and a walk-in wardrobe. Two doubles and two twin cabins are located on the lower deck; meanwhile, there are further quarters for a crew of nine.
My Secret's main saloon is open plan to a formal dining area forward, which features an oval dining table and suspended oval lampshade. A spiral staircase in the lobby leads up to the relaxed sky lounge, which sports a fully equipped bar and wine cellar.
A generous entertaining space on the upper deck aft is host to open-air dining and a bar beneath the overhang, while to aft, there is a sun lounge space and a cactus garden. On the main deck aft, there is further U-shaped seating around a coffee table with steps aft that lead down to the handy swim platform.
Up top, My Secret's sundeck features a spacious lounge area (shaded by a hardtop) with sofas and daybeds around circular tables. There is a bar to aft and a Jacuzzi surrounded by sunpads forward – both areas decorated once more with cactus garden planters. A second Jacuzzi can also be found on the foredeck for relaxing with forward-facing views.
The 491GT, MCA-compliant yacht for sale has a cruising speed of 13 knots and top speed of 15 knots, with power coming from twin 1,341hp MTU engines. Her range is transatlantic at 4,000 nautical miles.
My Secret is now asking €19,900,000 with VAT paid.
