Polarsyssel

John Hughes of Hugheship calls for a chat and also mentions that the owner of his central agency for sale, the 50m Polarsyssel, has authorised a price reduction from the previous €5.995 million. Built by P. Hoivolds mek Verksted in 1976, she was converted into a luxury yacht in 2007, with three staterooms accommodating six guests.

With an icebreaker hull, she's also thoroughly helicopter-friendly, fitted with a heli-pad and stowage below for the helicopter. Polarsyssel's new asking price is €3.5 million.
