The 31 metre motor yacht Sea Breeze, listed for sale by Steve Doyle at Cambridge Yacht Group, has been sold with the buyer introduced by Kurt Bosshardt at Denison Yachting.
Built in composite by German yard Kaiserwerft to RINA class and delivered in 2005 as a Baron 31 model, Sea Breeze has exterior styling by Frank Mulder and an interior designed by Michael Kirchstein. Formerly named Perfect Harmony, she accommodates eight guests in four staterooms. These consist of a master suite, VIP stateroom and two twin cabins, all with en suite facilities.
The ample living areas are spacious and accentuated by a soft, harmonious interior design with rich woods and marbles which is aesthetically pleasing, functional and elegant. This 101’ KaiserWerft has a spacious aft deck that features the sort of quality in design and engineering the German yard has been producing since 1989. Superior fit and finish can be found throughout. Assertive, sweeping lines are balanced with an inviting interior that reflects a contemporary yet refined feel, making form, function and comfort the hallmarks of her design.
Her top speed is 26 knots and she boasts a maximum cruising range of 550 nautical miles at 23 knots with power coming from two 2,000hp MTU 16V2000M91 diesel engines.
Sea Breeze was asking $1,600,000.
