John Cohen of Merle Wood & Associates sends word of another cut in the price of Christensen’s 47.85m Nice N’ Easy by $3 million, from $32.9 million to $29.9 million, while Peter Croke in the same office says that the 64.6m Amels motoryacht Shanti, currently in Genoa, will be available for inspection in Monaco on March 4th – 6th. Shanti is priced at $103 million.
