I call Cromwell Littlejohn at Merle Wood & Associates to congratulate him on the sale of the 43.34m motor yacht Griff and Crom confirms that this is his first sale of 2010 and, better still, went to a direct client.

Griff was built in 1994 by Sweden's Marinteknik yard to a Frank Mulder design and has had several major refits, the most recent being in 2007. Her expansive Paola D. Smith interior provides accommodation for 12 guests in a master, three doubles and a twin and she cruises at 15 knots. At a more leisurely speed of 12 knots, this superyacht has a range of 3,200 nautical miles. *Griff *was on the market asking $6.9 million.
