A newly built Ocean Alexander 30R, fresh from the shipyard in 2025, has been sold with Conrad Vanderlely of the Italian Yacht Group representing the buyer and James Corts of MarineMax introducing the seller.
According to Vanderlely, the new owner is "upgrading from the 28R after years of enjoying the Ocean Alexander brand, and looks forward to creating more memories aboard their 30R".
The 30R belongs to the Taiwanese shipyard's Revolution series, designed in collaboration with London-based designer Evan K. Marshall and engineered by Italian firm Arrabito Naval Architects. At 30.1 metres LOA, the model sports a classic tri-deck configuration with a voluminous interior, including a main saloon that spans the yacht's full 6.8-metre beam.
Accommodation is for 10 guests across five cabins. The highlight is the forward-facing master suite on the main deck, framed by floor-to-ceiling windows. It features a king-size bed, large walk-in wardrobes, a lounge seating area and a "spa-inspired" en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a rainfall shower. Below deck, three VIP cabins and a twin complete the guest accommodations.
Among the yacht's popular features is the beach club - a "water-level oasis" with a wet bar, built-in seating and a hydraulic swim platform for easy launch and retrieval of tenders and toys. "It’s perfect for sunset gatherings, morning coffee or simply enjoying the yacht-to-sea connection," Vanderlely added.
The foredeck provides a second secluded relaxation area with sunpads and lounge seating, while the flybridge is designed with entertaining in mind, featuring al fresco dining, sun loungers, a barbecue, wet bar and Jacuzzi.
Powered by twin MAN® 12V 2,000hp engines, the 30R delivers an approximate 2,040-nautical-mile range, an 18-knot cruising speed and a top speed of 23 knots. "Ocean Alexander’s engineering philosophy shines through in the drive train system, featuring oversized shafts, rudders and propulsion components typically found on larger yachts," said Vanderlely. "This approach ensures superior handling, longevity and peace of mind during extended voyages."
The last known asking price for this 30R was $15,226,750.
