The 30.7-metre Ocean Alexander motor yacht Paladin has been sold. The deal was closed between Raymond Young of RJC Yacht Sales who represented the seller and John Anderson of Superyacht Sales who introduced the buyer.
Delivered by the Taiwanese yard in 2019 with an aluminium-based hull, her naval architecture was developed by Ed Monk Jr. She was designed by Evan K. Marshall, who also styled her interiors, and features many large windows to promote natural light.
Walnut joinery and cabinetry with satin and semi-gloss finishes throughout characterise Paladin's spacious interiors. The main saloon and dining area are open-plan and inviting and flow seamlessly onto the main deck.
Accommodation onboard the yacht for sale is for 10 guests across five cabins which includes the main deck master suite. Two queen cabins and two twin cabins reside on the lower deck.
Integrated upholstered couches feature on the main deck aft to create a casual al fresco dining space, while further social hubs are located on the sundeck.
Shaded by retractable awnings, the upper deck hosts an L-shaped settee, a seated-bar for three, and loungers for guests wishing to sunbathe. Ahead of the pilothouse, guests may also enjoy a forward-facing settee.
Powered by twin MTU engines, Paladin can reach a top speed of 24 knots, though usually cruises at 17 knots.
Paladin was asking $7,900,000.
