The 55-metre Oceanfast motor yacht Oceana has joined the market, with Burgess appointed as the central agent for sale.
Delivered in 1991 and benefitting from a comprehensive refit in 2021, Oceana's naval architecture was developed by Phil Curran and the yacht is to a Jon Bannenberg design, with distinctive exterior lines and a well-appointed interior layout. A blend of avant-garde aesthetics and cutting-edge engineering, she was built in Australia and has been meticulously maintained throughout her life, including under her current ownership, which saw extensive upgrades carried out inside and out to ensure she remains in turnkey condition.
Accommodation is for up to 12 guests across five cabins, including five doubles and a twin. The forward-facing upper deck master suite is complete with an adjoining private room, his-and-hers bathrooms and a panoramic observation lounge offering 180-degree views – a particular highlight with huge U-shaped seating.
Guests can enjoy two spacious saloons; the main deck lounge features an indoor dining area and a fully equipped bar, while a large side balcony extends the living space. The skylounge also benefits from floor-to-ceiling windows to enhance panoramic views.
Oceana’s exterior decks, meanwhile, are well suited to entertaining, with al fresco dining options on three levels, a private main deck balcony and a sundeck styled as a beach club, complete with spa pool and lounging space.
The 578GT yacht for sale has been fitted with zero speed stabilisers to reduce any rolling motion while at anchor. Power derives from twin MTU 3,480hp engines, giving her a top speed of 20 knots and a cruising range of 3,000 nautical miles at 14 knots.
Currently lying in Sydney, Australia, Oceana is asking €9,750,000.
