28 July 2021• Written by Malcolm Maclean

The 45.7 metre Palmer Johnson motor yacht Siren has had a central agency change and is now jointly listed for sale by Rytis Babravicius at Ocean Independence and Alex G Clarke at Denison Yachting with a price reduction of €1 million.

Siren was built in aluminium by US yard Palmer Johnson to a design by Nuvolari Lenard and delivered in 2009 as one of the yard’s PJ150 sport yachts. Accommodation on this yacht for sale is for up to 12 guests in five cabins plus quarters for eight crew. The full-beam master suite is located forward on the main deck and includes a lobby with a walk-in wardrobe, a king-sized bed with a study area to starboard and a seating area to port.

Siren is now asking €11,900,000

Below deck, guest accommodation includes a VIP cabin with a saloon area. This area can be isolated and turned into a separate cabin with its own en-suite bathroom. Two further double cabins can be turned into twin cabins at the push of a button and all staterooms have en-suite facilities.

A favoured space on board is the main saloon with a custom carved chessboard, card table, seating area and bar flanked by two large opening sea balconies, adding both width and bringing the natural beauty of the outdoors to the interior spaces.

Siren was designed for guests to enjoy life outdoors. With a panoramic view, the flybridge boasts a Jacuzzi, sun loungers, a dining area and a large seating area in the shade with a pop-up flatscreen television.

Powered by twin 3,650hp MTU diesel engines, she has a cruising speed of 22 knots, topping out at 27 knots, and is fitted with Naiad zero-speed stabilisers.

Lying in Portofino, Italy, Siren is now asking €11,900,000.
