Fado

The first 30.4m Southern Wind 100 sailing yacht, Fado, has been signed for sale by Southern Wind-Pegaso and will compete for the Southern Wind Trophy against six other yachts from the same yard at this year's Loro Piana Superyacht Regatta in Porto Cervo from June 8th to 12th.

Fado was delivered in 2007, designed and built for bluewater cruising as the fourth yacht in the popular SWS 100 series. Farr Yacht Design was responsible for her hull lines and sail plan while Nauta Design worked on the general concept, interior and exterior styling. The interior layout is classic Southern Wind, with crew quarters aft and accommodation forward in an owner's suite and two twin guest cabins.
