The 35.1-metre sailing yacht My Star has received a €800,000 price drop to her sales listing with Matthew Lester of Fraser and Roy Klajman of Sea Alliance.
Delivered in 1994, My Star is the fourth design by Dubois Naval Architects to be built by New Zealand-based shipyard Alloy Yachts. The sailing yacht underwent a major refit in 2015 with further upgrades in 2019 and 2023, now presented to the market as a "well-maintained and thoughtfully modernised example of one of the industry's most respected sailing yacht builders", according to her broker.
My Star accommodates eight guests in four en suite cabins, including a full-beam master suite aft, a VIP and two twin cabins.
In terms of living areas, the large main cockpit area is complete with two spacious seating areas and a dining area for eight. The upper saloon is entered through compressed air-operated sliding doors to reveal a guest bar to port, including a coffee machine, fridge, ice maker and sink. To starboard is the upper dining and seating area for eight guests, providing uninterrupted views across the water.
Stepping down into the lower saloon, guests enter a luxurious area offering two seating areas and great views aft. This area also includes a large multimedia television screen and video library.
Outdoors, the main cockpit has two large seating areas including a dining space for eight guests. The whole cockpit can be fully enclosed to protect guests on chillier days or fully opened to enjoy more balmy weather.
An extensive sail wardrobe facilitates fast and comfortable cruising, and auxiliary power is provided by a 540hp Lugger diesel engine. The yacht for sale offers a maximum speed of 13 knots and a cruising speed of 11 knots.
My Star is now asking €3,450,000 with VAT paid.
