The 39.74 metre West-Wlaamse motor yacht La Perla, listed for sale by Tim Langmead at Camper & Nicholsons International, has experienced a further price reduction of €300,000.
Originally built by Dutch yard West-Wlaamse as a commercial vessel designed for the North Sea, she was delivered in 1976 before being acquired by a Croatian owner in 2011 and converted into a luxury yacht with strong charter potential.
Rebuilt from the hull up, everything on board was brand new: new superstructure, cabin arrangement, piping, generators, technical systems etc. The only remaining original piece of equipment is the main engine.
A recently refitted interior, completed in 2020, sees her able to comfortably accommodate up to 24 guests across 13 cabins, located on two of her four decks.
Designed to be the best charter yacht on the market, La Perla offers her guests a range of amenities: from the top sundeck, which comes complete with a Jacuzzi spa tub, to the bathing platform at water level, along with the multiple sundecks and a charming al fresco saloon on the aft deck.
A single Bolnes 1,200hp diesel engine allows a cruising speed of 10 knots topping out at 14 knots and a range of 2,700 nautical miles.
La Perla is now asking €3,200,000.
