The 37.1 metre sailing yacht Corto Maltese is newly for sale with Maël Fiolet and Rodrigo Nicholson at Camper & Nicholsons.

Built in Canada in 1982 by Shore Boat Builders, she has had a number of refits, one of which involved a new keel configuration and converting her from a ketch to a sloop. She was rebuilt in 2006 at Dutch Yacht Builders, effectively becoming a new RINA classed MCA compliant vessel.

Corto Maltese is asking €5,900,000 with VAT paid

Corto Maltese offers accommodation for eight guests in four cabins. The full-beam master suite enjoys direct access to the yacht’s stern. The remaining guest accommodation comprises two double cabins and a twin with an additional Pullman berth. Crew quarters for six are located in the bow.

The saloon contains a relaxing lounge and formal dining area complementing another dining table on the aft deck. Further seating is found in the pilot house and an expanse of sun pads on Corto Maltese’s flybridge offer a commanding view.

Corto Maltese’s interior adopts a classic style and quality finishes are found in all areas – teak and mahogany woods run throughout, the bathrooms feature Botticino and spring rose marble while the galley has granite countertops.

The yacht for sale has recently completed a RINA 15-year survey, has had a full exterior repaint and benefits from a new suit of sails. Naval architecture is by William Garden and twin Caterpillars give the 127GT vessel a cruising speed of 12 knots and maximum of 13 knots.
