The 24.6-metre Sanlorenzo motor yacht Balance has been listed for sale with Sebastian Jerolimov of IYC.
Delivered by the Italian yard in 2018, she was built in GRP to a design by Officina Italiana, who also completed her interiors. Balance was delivered as the 14th hull in the yard's SL78 series with a "thoughtful deck layout that maximises outdoor enjoyment," according to her broker. She is presented in turnkey condition.
Contemporary interiors benefit from ample natural light thanks to wide panoramic windows and a low gunwale outside the saloon. The main saloon has a generous aft lounge with a flat-screen TV that lowers from the ceiling, and a dining table for eight sitting forward.
The guest layout sleeps eight across four cabins and includes an amidships owner's suite on the lower deck, a VIP cabin, a double and a twin. Each cabin is equipped with entertainment systems and en suite bathroom facilities. Further provisions are made for a crew of two.
