A €1,005,000 price reduction has been announced on the 27.1-metre Sunseeker motor yacht Exit, listed for sale with Filip Jerolimov of IYC.
Delivered in 2023 and recently refitted in 2024, Exit was constructed in GRP to a complete in-house design and naval architecture from the British shipyard. According to data from BOATPro, she is the 19th unit from the popular (and relatively new) 90 Ocean series, which has a total of 34 yachts either currently in build or already delivered.
A contemporary and light-filled interior accommodates up to nine guests in a four-cabin layout, including a spacious master cabin with a custom-designed door which seamlessly connects to the starboard guest cabin. This partition can also be removed if required to create one large suite. Meanwhile, there are further quarters for a crew of four.
There are living spaces aplenty on board Exit. The main saloon is a highlight, thanks to full-height windows and sliding glass doors, welcoming guests with a large L-shaped sofa and dining table seating eight.
An elegantly dark colour palette defines the space here, with a deep blue rug spread across the floor and geometric light details across the bar. Notably, the galley can be open or hidden from the room by folding glass panelling.
Large exterior decks and a generous swim platform comprise outdoor living on board, with several areas to relax and sunbathe or entertain friends. Exit also features an award-winning X-TEND sunbed, a Jacuzzi and a generous al fresco flybridge.
New features during her refit included the addition of state-of-the-art indoor and outdoor lighting, controlled via touch screens, allowing guests to tailor the ambience of every space.
The 139GT motor yacht for sale can reach maximum speeds of 26 knots and offers a 20-knot cruising speed. She has a beam of 7.2 metres.
Exit is now asking €5,550,000, currently located in Split, Croatia.
