Brokerage market round-up: April 23-27, 2018

SALES

Eight yacht sales were announced during the past week. Although the total asking price is unclear as one had its price withheld, the total of those who were disclosed was more than £24.9 million ($33.2 million), with Burgess, All Ocean Yachts and Sunseeker Beaulieu all completing in-house deals.

PRICE REDUCTIONS

Eight price drops were announced on yachts for sale this week, for a total reduction of £6.9 million ($9.2 million), although only two of these reductions was higher than £500,000 ($673,000).

Saint Nicholas was given a major price reduction this week

NEW LISTINGS

Seven yachts were listed for sale this week with a combined asking price in excess of £52 million ($69.8 million), excluding one yacht with price on application. The most expensive new listing with price announced was the 62 metre Holland Jachtbouw sailing yacht Athos__, which is offered for sale with McMaster Yachts.
