SALES
Seven yacht sales were announced during a steady week for the brokerage market. The total asking price was in excess of £74.6 million ($99.5 million). Camper & Nicholsons, Perini Navi USA, KK Superyachts, Mortola Yacht & Ship and Burgess all completed in-house deals but no broker was involved in more than one sale.

PRICE REDUCTIONS
Seven price drops were announced on yachts for sale this week for a total reduction in excess of £3.5 million ($4.6 million). Four of these price cuts were in excess of £500,000.

Six yachts were listed for sale this week with an asking price in excess of £52 million ($69.3 million). The most expensive new listing was 60 metre Lurssen yacht Podium which is listed for sale with Fraser.
