Arcadia Yachts announces sale of fourth A96new yacht model

22 July 2025 • Written by Emily Dawkins

Italian shipyard Arcadia Yachts has announced the sale of the fourth unit from its A96new series.

Characterised by a structured, three-deck monochrome exterior, the 29.3-metre model was first unveiled in 2022, designed by the yard as a crossover yacht with a focus on championing "holistic wellbeing".

Model highlights include a spacious main saloon which can be opened almost entirely, thanks to sliding glass doors on three sides, and an open stern with a large swim platform, lounge space and drop-down bulwarks. In total, the model offers 400 square metres of usable space on board.

Igor Lobanov will be responsible for the interior on board the fourth A96new, with the yard revealing the owner's appreciation for the "lines and dark lacquered surfaces, inspired by Art Deco" within the first unit, requesting "only a few minor customisations".

According to the shipyard, the fourth unit will cruise the Mediterranean following her delivery - her sisterships sold to owners in the Middle East and Turkey. According to BOATPro, the second and third units from the series are scheduled for delivery this year.

The model was a finalist at the BOAT International Design & Innovation Awards 2024

The A96new is also equipped with solar panels, providing between eight to nine hours of power in silent mode. Four Volvo IPS engines will deliver a top speed of 24 knots and a range of 600 nautical miles at 16 knots.

This announcement follows Arcadia Yachts' recent unveiling of a smaller, in-build 24-metre model, known as the A80: the first RPH (raised pilothouse) design from the Italian builders.

“The new direction charted by the A96new has tapped into a need felt by owners all over the world, which is why we're so proud to present the A80new at the upcoming Cannes Yachting Festival, a boat designed for owners seeking the same lifestyle on board but in a slightly smaller format," shared Arcadia Yachts CEO, Ugo Pellegrino. "We expect this new model to have the same success as the series flagship.”
