Italian superyacht builder Benetti has celebrated the technical launch and delivery of superyacht Soy Amor, the third hull in its 42m Crystal 140' series to date.

On 14 December 2013, during a private ceremony with the owner in attendance, Benetti launched and handed over the new LOA 41.93m motor yacht. The superyacht features exterior styling by yacht designer Stefano Righini. The Crystal series features large exterior living spaces and expansive windows to allow natural light to flow into the interior accommodations.

The first two Crystal 140' launches feature interior design by François Zuretti. However, the contemporary interiors of the new launch Soy Amor are courtesy of Benetti's in-house technical department. Notable design features include a backlit marble waterfall in the main foyer and an upper saloon fireplace. Cleverly setting the tender garage amidships with a side door for launching frees up space astern for a sizeable beach club. The new Crystal 140' is ABS classed and MCA compliant and accommodates 10 guests in five cabins and nine crew members.

Soy Amor is powered by twin Caterpillar C32 Acert engines, providing a maximum speed of 15 knots, a cruising speed of 14 knots and a range of 4,000 nautical miles at 12 knots.
