News in overnight that Fraser Yachts has brought the buyer in the sale of the 57m classic sailing superyacht Fleurtje, listed for sale jointly with Compass International and BYS.

The seller was a client of Heikki Louma at Compass International, and earlier this year in June 2013 Julien Elfenbein at BYS joined Louma to jointly list Fleurtje. Pierrik Devic, Kirill Anissimov and Dennis Frederiksen of Fraser Yachts brought the buyer. Frederiksen says, 'She is a great classic boat, known very well to the market.'

The famed three-masted staysaild schooner was launched by De Vries Lentsch in 1960. The yacht features hydraulic sail handling systems, and with twin 624hp Caterpillar engines, she has a range of 1,500 nautical miles at 10 knots when under power. Fleurtje accommodates 14 guests in a master suite, four double staterooms and a twin cabin, plus two Pullman berths.

Heikki Luoma says, 'Fleurtje is a famous, classic schooner, not many like her in the world. It was an interesting deal.' She was asking €6.9 million at the time of her sale.
