Damen Yachting has announced the sale of the latest unit in its Amels 60 series, which was launched from the Dutch yard's Vlissingen facilities in July.
The 60-metre new build, known as hull 6008, is now undergoing final outfitting works, following sea trials earlier this autumn, with delivery scheduled in 2026.
The Amels 60 was introduced to the market in 2019 and features an exterior design by Espen Øino, including the geometric windows that have become the series' trademark. Notable sisterships include the first unit in the series, Come Together, which was sold earlier this year at a last known asking price of €59,950,000. The Dutch yard's second unit, Entourage, won a Neptune at last year's World Superyacht Awards.

Accommodation is for 12 guests and 12 crew, including the captain. This unit's custom interiors are courtesy of British studio Harrison Eidsgaard, which also completed the interiors on board the seventh unit, Memories, which was delivered in June.
“Marking a shift from the natural hues of the previous Amels 60 we designed, this yacht is really something different, an elevated level of sophistication and glamour with navy accents and rich walnut," said Ben Harrison, director at Harrison Eidsgaard.
Model highlights include a folding, 75-square-metre balcony in the owner's main-deck suite and the sundeck, which measures 162 square metres and is typically arranged with a six-person Jacuzzi, a bar and a raised foredeck for sunbathing that doubles as a helipad. Another highlight is the beach club, which is dedicated to wellness and entertainment with a full-height glass door offering easy access to the swim platform.
"The sale of this latest Amels 60 is a great example of our collaborative approach," added Jorrit Pilaar, commercial executive EMEA at Damen Yachting. "This owner was able to take a proven platform and, through a close partnership with us, customise the yacht, even though they came in at a late stage. This project truly showcases the flexibility and appeal of our Limited Editions concept."
The Amels 60 features a hybrid MTU propulsion package for a maximum speed of 15.5 knots on full power and 14 knots when "eco-cruising". A range of 4,500 nautical miles is offered at 13 knots. When propelled purely by the hybrid electrical drive motors, she can reach a top speed of seven knots. Key specs include an 853GT interior volume, a 10.4-metre beam and a 3.4-metre draught.
According to BOATPro, Damen Yachting has four superyacht projects under construction, the largest of which is the 75.2-metre hybrid expedition yacht. The shipyard recently announced the sale of its fourth YS53 model.
