The MYBA Charter Show is returning to Sanremo next week (27-30 April), and it’s set to be an exciting show with more than 80 superyachts on display.  BOAT takes a look at the largest yachts in attendance...

Gigia

Stats: 85m, Lürssen, 2017 (2024), 12 guests, 28 crew

Highlights: With a world-class build team of Lürssen and Winch Design, it’s no surprise that Gigia is a master of the charter fleet.  Her interiors call to classic American style with a grand, yet calming feel to it –  think lots of taupe and cream. The 85-metre also features an impressive spa at the heart of the design. Here guests will find a 5.7-square-metre steam room, an eight-square-metre sauna and a 20-square-metre wellness lobby covered in mosaics by Andjelka Radojevic. Accommodation on board is for 12 across nine glamorous cabins that echo the same impressive style as the rest of the yacht.

Gigia is available to charter with Burgess at a weekly rate from $1,000,000.

Naia

Stats: 73.6m, Freire Shipyard, 2011 (2014), 12 guests, 8 cabins

Highlights: Having begun life as a research vessel, the 73.6-metre Spanish-built superyacht Naia will be showing off her amenities in Sanremo next week. With a warm and relaxed interior that makes superb use of distressed oak and walnut for a soft, natural ambience, she has real character on board. A key feature is the helipad, which converts into an expansive sun lounging area with loose furniture (it's also fully certified for helicopter landings during charters). Accommodating up to 12 guests in six double cabins, she offers en suite guest and VIP cabins with teak-decked showers and a private elevator that takes guests up to the owner’s deck. An eight-person spa pool, state-of-the-art gym, media lounge and an observation lounge forward make her a very popular yacht with charter guests.

Naia is available for charter with Burgess with a weekly rate from $595,000.

Plan B

Stats: 73m, HDW-Kiel, 2012, 12 guests, 8 cabins

Highlights: Having been delivered in 2012, the 73-metre superyacht Plan B remains a highlight of the MYBA show this year. Designed by Focus Yacht Design, she features a strong profile and excellent deck space. Her interiors were designed by the renowned Alberto Pinto and stand in immaculate condition. Accommodation on board is for up to 12 guests across eight well-appointed cabins, including a large master suite, located on the main deck, which offers seclusion, having been designed as a sanctuary of calm. Following the show, the yacht is available for charter in the French Riviera.

Plan B is available for charter with Superyachts Monaco with a weekly rate from €800,000.

Coral Ocean

Guillaume Plisson

Stats: 73m, Lürssen, 1994 (2022), 12 guests, 22 crew

Highlights: Built by Lürssen in 1994, the 72.6-metre Coral Ocean underwent an all-encompassing €35 million refit at the Astilleros de Mallorca shipyard in 2022. The yacht then returned to the charter market like an entirely new vessel. Now a haven of white and blue, her interiors are bright and airy, accommodating up to 12 guests across six cabins. Her wellness offering on board also saw a slight update, with a redesigned glass-bottomed spa pool with glass courtesy of the Four Seasons.

Coral Ocean is available for charter with Ahoy Club with a weekly rate from €650,000.

Alva

Stats: 60m, 2026, Amels, 12 guests, 6 cabins

Highlights: One of the newest superyachts on display at this year's MYBA show, Alma promises to be one of the event's star attractions. The Amels 60 was introduced to the market in 2019 and features an exterior design by Espen Øino, including the geometric windows that have become the series' trademark. Accommodation is for 12 guests in six cabins and 12 crew, including the captain. This unit's interiors – described as "calm, contemporary yet homely" by the shipyard – are courtesy of British studio Harrison Eidsgaard.

Alva is available for charter with Christie Yachts with a weekly rate from €510,000.

Taiba

Stats: 55.7m, Palumbo, 2015, 12 guests, 7 cabins

Highlights: Constructed in steel and aluminium, the 57-metre displacement motor yacht, Taiba sits in the middle of the Columbus Yachts Classic lineup, which spans 44 to 75 metres. The yacht has a colourful, fun, child-friendly design and exudes energy and playfulness. Seven cabins and six separate deck spaces mean there is plenty of space on board for entertaining. The yacht was also designed with an extra-large beam and no side walkways for even more space on board.

Taiba is available for charter with Y.CO with a weekly rate from €340,000.

Holdin' My Own

Stats: 55.4m, Turquoise Yachts, 2011 (2026), 12 guests, 6 cabins

Highlights: Having been delivered in 2011, the 55.4-metre yacht, Holdin' My Own, returns to the market this year following an extensive 2026 refit. Some of the upgrades include state-of-the-art AV systems, a new air conditioning system, a rebuilt jacuzzi, new carpeting throughout, sunshades and notable aesthetic upgrades such as reconfigured bar areas and new furniture. Accommodation on board is for up to 12 guests in a six-cabin layout.

Holdin' My Own is available for charter with IYC with a weekly rate from $350,000.

Raja²

Highlights: The striking 55-metre yacht for charter exemplifies Italian craftsmanship with its blend of bold maximalism and elegant touches, featuring a rich interior palette. Raja² has vast deck spaces, including a signature open-stern beach club and a sundeck equipped with a Jacuzzi, allowing guests to soak up the experience out on deck, while benefiting from good access to the water and a long list of water toys. Accommodating up to 12 guests across six cabins, including a full-beam owner's suite with a private balcony, the yacht ensures privacy and comfort. Wellness is a core credential on board with a state-of-the-art gym and an al fresco fitness area.

Raja²  is available for charter with IYC with a weekly rate from €350,000.

Severin's

Stats: 55m, Baglietto, 2020, 12 guests, 6 cabins

Highlights: Designed with charter in mind, it is no surprise that the 55m Baglietto superyacht Severin's does rather well on the charter market thanks to her classic Italian design and well-planned spaces. A highlight on board is her incredible sundeck offering 160 square metres of socialising space, complete with a swimming pool and bar. The upper deck features a multi-purpose room which can function as a guest cabin, playroom or massage area. Additional features include an indoor lounge with a gaming table and, outside, a ten-guest al fresco dining table, bar and relaxation area aft. The sundeck, which boasts a swimming pool and bar, completes the design of Severin's upper decks.

Severin's is available for charter with Edmiston with a weekly rate from €360,000.

Quinta Essentia

Stats: 55m, Admiral, 2016 (2026), 12 guests, 6 cabins

Highlights: This cream-and-burgundy palette is well known across charter the circuit courtesy of Dobroserdov Design. Quinta Essentia's distinctive hull and superstructure details are inspired by the owners’ love for Tuscany’s wine region, specifically the deep shade of red created when swirling Merlot in a glass. There are further odes to Tuscany in the olive-coloured bedroom silks and subtle décor motifs of grapes, leaves and trees. This year, the yacht saw an extensive refit and will be an exciting addition to the MYBA lineup.

Quinta Essentia is available for charter with Eastwind Yachts with a weekly rate from €320,000.
