Rolled out from her shed at the end of November 2012, the 38.4m explorer motor yacht Batai was recently launched and will start her sea trials very soon.
Previously known under the hull number 591, Batai is the second yacht from this series designed by Luiz de Basto. Her interior, also designed by Luiz de Basto, accommodates 12 guests in five cabins on the lower deck: a full-beam master suite amidship and four doubles.
Batai is BV’s registered and MCA compliant. Powered by twin Caterpillar engines, her range will exceed 5,000 nautical miles at 10 knots.
Following her sea trials, Batai will be delivered to her owners for the upcoming season.
