The most exciting new yachts at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show 2025

8 October 2025 • Written by Dea Jusufi

Welcome to the Sunshine State, home to one of the largest in-water boat shows in the world. From 29 October to 2 November, the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (FLIBS) is set to showcase yachts never before seen in US waters. This year's edition has already confirmed several spectacular debutantes, including a brand-new Sunseeker model and a steely entry from a Brazilian yard. BOAT spotlights a selection...

Juanky

Builder: Cheoy Lee
Length: 39.7m

The first unit in Cheoy Lee's new explorer series will be debuting in Fort Lauderdale this year. At 39.7 metres and 420GT, Juanky has been designed and built to "handle the demands of bluewater adventures around the globe" and features robust lines by American firm Overing Yacht Designs. The social hub is undoubtedly the covered flybridge, arranged with a bar and an al fresco dining table. A foredeck Jacuzzi, a "cocktail" skylounge and dedicated tender and water toy storage complete the list of leisure amenities on board.

Resonance

Builder: Hargrave Superyachts Division
Length: 38.1m

Previously known as Project 125, Resonance marks the latest addition to HSY Yachts' growing portfolio of custom superyachts. With a draught of 1.95 metres, she is designed to be Bahamas-friendly, allowing easy navigation through shallow waters, while a volume of 330GT combines with ceiling heights of around 2.2 metres for a spacious onboard experience. Notable amenities include a full-size beach club equipped with a sauna and steam shower, as well as dedicated bow storage for a tender and two Jet Skis.

Ocean Alexander 37L

Builder: Ocean Alexander
Length: 37.2m

Another tri-deck model, the latest unit in the Ocean Alexander 37L series will be attending this year's show. Longstanding collaborator Evan K. Marshall is behind her design, which improves upon the layout of the 36L with a main deck owner's cabin. Another clever touch is the foldout deck in the aft beach club, which can be expanded and used as a watersports take-off point during the day and a drinks area or indoor cinema at night. Other amenities include a formal dining area and entertainment systems, complete with stereo sound capacity, in the saloon, flybridge and skylounge.

Castlefinn

Builder: Mulder Shipyard
Length: 36m

Castlefinn is the eighth Mulder ThirtySix model, launched this May in Zoeterwoude, the Netherlands. As an evolution of previous sisterships such as Seaflower and Solemates, the semi-custom yacht offers "more flexibility [...] whilst still maintaining the all-important Mulder DNA," according to the shipyard. The exterior design was headed up by Claydon Reeves Design Studio, while naval architecture is owed to Van Oossanen Naval Architects. A "renewed foredeck" is  the model highlight, where owners can enjoy ocean views from a private lounge area complete with a U-shaped sofa and sunbeds.

Romeo Foxtrot II

Builder: Hargrave Custom Yachts
Length: 35.9m

The tri-deck Romeo Foxtrot II is the owners' third Hargrave to date, following in the wake of the 29.9-metre Tigers Eye and 35.4-metre Romeo Foxtrot. The focus on this new build was to create "intimate, thoughtful gathering areas", according to lead designer Shelley Dicondina, including a breakfast settee inside the galley and a sundeck with waterfall-style spa with a glass face, sunbeds, bar and an al fresco dining table. Other interior highlights include head heights of 2.2 metres and a design that incorporates "exotic veneers" and "superior-quality marble".

Ocean Alexander 35R

Builder: Ocean Alexander
Length: 35.2m

The "R" in Ocean Alexander 35R stands for "Revolution", with visitors able to see what sets this design apart at the 2025 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show. Her generous volume (298GT) is often cited, as is the full-width main deck and bridge deck with its wet bar and Jacuzzi. Accommodation is for up to 10 guests across five cabins, with the model also lending herself well to the charter market thanks to the separation of crew and guests.

Sea Boss

Builder: Inace
Length: 32m

The first unit in the Aventura 106 series, Sea Boss has a glinting, military-style exterior by long-standing collaborator Fernando De Almeida, also responsible for her interiors. Those visiting Fort Lauderdale will be able to appreciate the Brazilian studio's work, including living spaces furnished with "high-end materials", as well as her generous exterior decks complete with al fresco dining, seating and an upper deck Jacuzzi. Key numbers include a 7.15-metre beam and a range of 3,200 nautical miles.

Horizon FD100

Builder: Horizon Yachts
Length: 30.9m

A popular series (there are 10 currently on the water, according to BOATPro), the latest Horizon FD100 will be present in Fort Lauderdale this year. Available in a Skyline or Tri-Deck version, the model offers five cabins, including a full-beam master suite on the main deck. The Tri-Deck option offers a lightweight open flybridge (equipped with a helm), alongside a bridge deck with Jacuzzi, bar and skylounge, while the Skyline configuration provides a large wheelhouse with enclosed skylounge aft.

Falcon

Builder: Palm Beach Motor Yachts
Length: 27.6m

The Malaysian yard's "largest and most ambitious" project to date, Falcon belongs to the PB85 series, which shadows the previous flagship, the PB70, by six metres. A key focus is comfortable crew well-being, with spacious living quarters and well-appointed living areas. The main deck is characterised by a convenient and sociable single-level living and entertaining space, including the saloon, which stretches from the forward helm station to the covered cockpit. Meanwhile, a generous aft deck offers exceptional views and easy access to the water.

Horizon FD90

Builder: Horizon Yachts
Length: 27.5m

The most successful model in the Taiwanese yard's FD range, the FD90 features a 7.1-metre beam, a main-deck owner's cabin, four additional guest cabins and large windows in the saloon. Her walkaround bridge deck design results in easy access to the forward seating areas, which can be customised with refrigeration, storage, Biminis and more. Each FD90 is equipped with a spacious beach club and swim platform aft and is assisted by the "High Performance Piercing Bow" and hull design.

Pearl 82

Builder: Pearl Yachts
Length: 25.3m

Following Pearly Spencer's US debut at last year's show, the next Pearl 82 has arrived in Fort Lauderdale. The model features a raised pilothouse design with two aft deck configurations and a semi-walkaround deck with a forward master suite and private forepeak terrace. The company claims that the Pearl 82 is the only yacht in her class to offer this type of configuration, with Pearl Yachts managing director, Iain Smallridge, calling her "the most compact superyacht on the market".

Sunseeker 82 Ocean Enclosed

Builder: Sunseeker
Length: 25.1m

The Sunseeker 82 Ocean Enclosed is named after its entirely closed upper deck and single helm station, leaving ample space on board for multi-purpose use. The upper deck has similarities to a Portuguese deck with more space, allowing usable, social areas for seating, sunpads and spa tub options. Also worthy of note is the main saloon, which has a "luxury penthouse apartment feel" and can be customised with multiple arrangements, including an open galley and dining aft with a bar area forward.

Sapphire I

Builder: Princess Yachts
Length: 25.4m

Sapphire I is the first unit in the British yard's brand-new sportsbridge series, the S80. The flagship of the S Class range, the S80 was developed in collaboration with naval architects from Olesinski and Italian design house Pininfarina. Her 28.7-square-metre flybridge is worth seeing at the show, with multiple seating areas, a wet bar and a barbecue. The space is also equipped with a convertible dining table and functions as an outdoor cinema with a rise-and-fall television. This has been a busy season for Princess, which announced its re-entry into the superyacht segment at this year's Monaco Yacht Show.
