ISA Yachts announces sale of third Unica 45M Steel model

Italian shipyard ISA Yachts, a brand of Palumbo Superyachts, has announced the sale of the third unit in its Unica 45M Steel series. The superyacht has been sold to an American client with delivery slated for 2029.

The Unica 45M is designed for extended ocean crossings in the utmost comfort, characterised by a high displacement, steel hull and fuel capacity over 60,000 litres. Particular attention can be given to her stern, which is spread over three descending levels with sunbathing areas, a pool and an infinity cockpit, with ocean views provided through a glass balustrade.

The new build follows the first and second units from the model, which were both sold in February and June last year, respectively.

Italian studio Enrico Gobbi – Team for Design and the yard's technical department are behind the 45-metre line, which, according to the builders, has been developed to "redefine industry standards" by interpreting the needs of the modern owner with a contemporary approach.

As such, the model is host to generous living spaces, including extended outdoor decks and large glass surfaces to enhance the connection with the environment. Exterior deck areas include al fresco dining on the upper deck aft and a large bow area optimised for sunbathing and entertaining. Crowning the build is a 16-metre-long sundeck equipped with further sunbathing opportunities, a lounge with sofa seating and armchairs, a dining table, a bar and a round Jacuzzi.

The main deck features a gym and a formal dining area, though, unlike units one and two, which saw the owner's suite forward of the deck, the third unit instead features a generously sized VIP cabin (with a bathroom with double sinks, a separate shower and a walk-in wardrobe) in this area.

The owner's suite instead is found above, located aft on the upper deck, with its own private lounge, desk with vanity, walk-in wardrobe and spacious en suite with a double sink. Offering a total of six cabins, the remaining four guest cabins are situated on the lower deck, comprising two VIPs with double beds and two twins, all with en-suites.

The model will be equipped with twin CAT C32 engines for a maximum speed of 15 knots, a cruising speed of 14 knots and a range of 4,000 nautical miles at 10 knots.

According to BOATPro, ISA Yachts has 14 yachts on order or under construction, including the first unit in its all-new Viper 130 series, which is scheduled for delivery this year.
