The Hot Lab interiors of AES Yachts' in-build 34.6-metre NB066 have been revealed for the first time by TWW Yachts. Construction was started on speculation and the yacht is currently listed for sale with David Westwood and Vedat Kohen of TWW Yachts with an asking price of €12,500,000.
Due for delivery in May 2023, the new build is currently in the final stages of construction at AES Yachts' facility in Istanbul.
NB066 is a semi-displacement steel and aluminium build that began construction in 2022. The yacht went into outfitting at AES Yacht in summer 2022.
She has a six-cabin layout that accommodates 12 guests and carries a complement of seven crew.
Milan-based Hot Lab was tasked with creating the yacht's contemporary interiors, using a mix of monochrome tones offset by splashes of cool blue and bright turquoise. Grey soft furnishings are balanced by blonde wood accents and high-gloss ebony finishes.
Natural light is a key design element of the yacht's social spaces. Floor-to-ceiling windows illuminate the skylounge which benefits from a bar, lounge area direct deck access through sliding glass doors. The main saloon has an alternative lounge area, which is adjoined by formal dining for up to 10 guests.
The owner's suite can be found on the main deck, accessed via an elegantly-styled corridor. It benefits from a vanity, lounge area and forward en suite and makes the most of the yacht's 7.6-metre beam.
The remaining guest accommodation is found on the lower deck amidships. Aft of the lower deck is the beach club area, which is small but well-designed with integrated lighting solutions that contribute to the sense of space.
In terms of al fresco living, the yacht has a sundeck with a forward Jacuzzi, various seating options and a bar. Meanwhile, the upper deck has an exterior dining arrangement and the main deck cockpit has an alternative lounge area that's well-suited to sunbathing and relaxing.
The foredeck has a fourth seating space that offers prime views with both sunpads and a pair of coffee tables.
The yacht has a smaller 26-metre sistership with a similar configuration, which is scheduled for delivery in May 2024. Both are being constructed at AES Yachts' new facility in the Kocaeli Free Zone, which covers 40,000 square metres and has capacity to accommodate yachts of up to 110-metres in an enclosed shed.
As well as new builds, the yard aims to increase its focus on refit and repair.
Alongside the two sub-40-metre models, AES Yacht is also constructing the 68-metre Ice, which is currently for sale with Fraser. The yacht is a fellow Hot Lab design with unfolding sea terraces, impressive headheights and a sizaeble aft deck swimming pool.
