Turkish shipyard Nebula Yacht has launched the 58-metre motor yacht Project Amanda from its facilities in Antalya.
The launch follows almost 13 years of construction, with the yacht's keel originally laid in May 2013 by Turkish yard Sunrise Yachts. Nebula Yacht inherited the hull in 2022, bringing the build – originally designed by Espen Øino – to life. Some modifications were carried out by the shipyard, including replacing a former lounge with a new cabin on the top deck.
Project Amanda spreads over four decks, offering more than 1,200GT of interior volume. Though most details remain private, the main deck is said to be notably voluminous, with the main saloon, dining area and four guest cabins on the deck all benefiting from the yacht's full 10.8-metre beam.
The main deck aft is equally as spacious, designed as a socialising and al fresco dining area overlooking the beach club, which itself plays host to a large swim platform. Two further cabins (including the new addition from Nebula) are located on the top deck.
Project Amanda is powered by diesel-electric propulsion with pods, expected to reach a top speed of 17 knots and a cruising speed of 14 knots, with a range of 5,000 nautical miles.
According to BOATPro, Nebula Yacht currently has one other yacht in build - the 63.5-metre Marimba (previously named All About U).
