Sinot Yacht Architecture & Design reveals new 141m concept Aura

24 September 2025 • Written by Emily Dawkins

Dutch design studio Sinot Yacht Architecture & Design have taken the opportunity of the Monaco Yacht Show to reveal a new 141-metre superyacht concept.

Known as Aura, the design is said to redefine how "elegance and presence coexist", conceived as a "sanctuary" where lines between exteriors and interiors are blurred. Notably, the concept is ready to be built, and, despite being visibly complete, has been penned to be intentionally flexible for future owner personalisation.

A metallic, pearl-infused hull defines the concept, with sculptural exterior lines that cascade gently towards the aft and an open, elongated foredeck complete with a helipad.

Drawing on the ocean’s vastness and the connection between people and the sea, Aura is characterised by balanced proportions and generous onboard spaces measured by light, flow and serenity. A principle of "Presence Through Elegance" embodies the yacht concept, with living spaces on board Aura's five decks curated to be relaxed yet personal within 8,978GT of interior volume and a broad 23.3-metre beam.

At the top, an observatory lounge with a ripple-patterned glass-ceramic floor offers private panoramic views, while the upper deck below is perfect for entertaining, with its full-beam "Panorama Lounge", vast al fresco spaces and an open-plan, transparent wheelhouse with immersive seating and an "AI-infused" sailing system.

On the main deck, guests can enjoy VIP suites, a wellness sanctuary, a gym and 750 square metres of exterior deck with a 12-metre glass-bottom infinity pool, all leading effortlessly to the multi-level beach club with fold-out terraces and a bespoke "diver’s club".

Here, guests can enter through a blue-lit circular concealed corridor, opening onto a glass bar and etched-glass cabinets displaying bespoke diving suits and equipment. A double-height atrium and a ‘Breath of Light’ installation (yet to be revealed) connects the beach club and main deck lounge inside.

16 guests are accommodated across eight cabins, including an owner's suite, one full-beam VIP suite (complete with twin bathrooms, dual dressing areas and a private lounge) and six VIP cabins, while additional quarters on board accommodate a crew and/or staff of 47 plus a captain.

Spanning 240 square metres, the owner's suite is described as a "celestial sanctuary". Located on the yacht's "highest full deck", the suite features a forward-facing bedroom which opens onto a private deck, a "fluid" his-and-hers bathroom and two circular dressing rooms, while to aft, there is a private lounge and 480-square-metre terrace.

Designed with a neutral-toned colour palette and numerous floor-to-ceiling glass façades, Aura's design is said to "elevate simplicity to ultra-bespoke minimalism" and blurs the lines between inside and out. Natural woods, stones, reclaimed textiles and custom crafted furnishings adorn the interior, all intended to create a minimalist, beach-inspired retreat of "quiet elegance at sea".

In terms of specs, the yacht is expected to have a maximum speed of 19.5 knots and a range of 6,000 nautical miles at her cruising speed of 14 knots, with power coming from advanced propulsion and energy systems.

The news comes at a busy time for the design studio, with recent news including the delivery of Benetti's second 67-metre B.Now yacht, Lady Estey, of whom Sinot designed her "Gatsby-style" interiors. For those at the Monaco Yacht Show, Lady Estey is currently on display.
