First Look: Sirena Yachts unveils interiors of 36m flagship composite model

Turkish shipyard Sirena Yachts has released the first interior renderings of its 36-metre superyacht model, the Sirena 118. Dutch designer Cor D. Rover is the brain behind the model's customisable interior design, which is said by the yard to be "contemporary-styled" and "highly elegant".

The model – penned by Sirena’s in-house design team – was first unveiled at the Monaco Yacht Show last year as the largest in the shipyard’s composite line, built entirely in GRP with a sub-300GT volume. The first Sirena 118 hull is already under construction in Yalova, Turkey, scheduled for completion in 2026.

Rover has used an "understated yet elegant" colour scheme, "dynamic" wood veneer applications and integrated soft lighting to create a sophisticated yet inviting ambience throughout the interior.

Cream upholstery, light wood tones and bronze accents characterise the decor on board - also chosen to help accentuate the spaces’ natural light, which, according to the yard, evolves from day to night with the glow from the rising to the setting sun.

“The design is a ‘reflection of your intentions’, tailored to suit individual lifestyles and preferences," Rover shared. "The presence of ample loose furniture and flexible decor elements also means that it is easily customisable, enabling each yacht to reflect the character and lifestyle of its owner.”

There is accommodation for up to 12 guests and seven crew on board, with the guest accommodation comprising a VIP suite and four guest cabins on the lower deck. The shipyard has dedicated significant attention to the owner's area, which is located forward on the main deck and can extend across two decks in a "loft" option. A spiral staircase connects to a private relaxation space on the lower deck, which features a fold-down balcony.

There are plenty of social areas across the model's design, including an informal dining and lounging area on the main deck aft, outfitted with curvaceous contemporary furniture and curated fittings, while further dining and a wet bar can be found on the upper deck. Meanwhile, a Jacuzzi sits in the yacht's bow, flanked by sunpads and loungers.

With naval architecture by respected Argentinian naval architect Germán Frers, a fast displacement hull will give her a top speed of 16 knots and an economical speed of 11 knots, propelled by twin MAN V12 3,100hp engines. With the more powerful 3,800hp package, she will deliver a top speed of 21 knots.

"As construction progresses on the first unit of our flagship Sirena 118 ahead of her launch next year, we are delighted to spotlight the incredible talent of our long-term collaborators at Cor D. Rover," shared Sirena’s CEO, Çağin Genç. "The interior design is sharp and contemporary with a deep appreciation of the yachting lifestyle."

The Turkish yard is also working towards the completion of its flagship yacht – created in collaboration with Luca Vallebona and Hot Lab – which is currently under construction in Yalova, Turkey, with delivery also scheduled for 2026.
