Turkish shipyard Bilgin Yachts has offered a first look inside the third and final unit from its Bilgin 263 series, Al Reem.  The previously secretive 80.1-metre motor yacht – aptly known as Project Silence throughout construction – was delivered to her owners in July 2025 and has since spent a "successful" summer season cruising the Turkish coast before passing Egypt and cruising the Red Sea.

She builds on the success of the first unit in the series, Tatiana, which made her global debut at the 2021 Monaco Yacht Show as the largest yacht ever built in Turkey. The second unit, Leona, was delivered in 2023 and won at the BOAT International Design & Innovation Awards for her outstanding exterior design. All three hulls in the 263 series share a dynamic, slender profile and naval architecture created by Unique Yacht Design, with interiors penned by British studio H2 Yacht Design

According to the yard, however, Al Reem represents the "most highly customised" of the line, and offers almost 100GT more volume – including 20 per cent more exterior decking. She is said to embody her owner's strict philosophy of “less is more," with the yard noting how the yacht set a new benchmark for "capacity, performance and bespoke craftsmanship within the series".

Images reveal the superyacht's bright and contemporary colour palette, characterised by tones of cream, white and beige to create a "vast and open" atmosphere. Organic matt timbers, polished stainless steel, natural stones and leathers complete the feeling of a "calm, tactile luxury".

To eliminate visual barriers in the main saloon, the usual bar area has been removed and the entertainment systems hidden, allowing for views from the aft through to the custom waterfall which cascades into the foredeck jacuzzi. In place of a bar, the main staircase area, which leads to the beach club, has instead been dedicated to a bespoke art installation. The yacht is described as a "subtly moving gallery", with a number of carefully selected artworks on board.

The superyacht has a foredeck crafted entirely from teak, alongside a superstructure designed in "a striking combination of metallic grey-white and black". She also benefits from a fresh new layout with larger living areas and a number of technical refinements, including a longer upper deck and an extra covered area at the stern.

The owner's deck, for example, is positioned on the main deck for more privacy and designed with 300-degree views and an outdoor terrace and Jacuzzi area. The remaining guest accommodation comprises two VIPs on the main deck and three guest cabins on the lower deck. An elevator connects all decks.

The beach club is also a highlight on board, featuring an opening "shell door" that serves as a private massage area, alongside a dedicated steam room and an integrated sauna in the well-equipped gym. Another customised feature is the advanced sound insulation onboard and the stabiliser-equipped bed in the master suite.

On the technical side, Al Reem has a new ventilation system and an increased generator capacity. The yacht can cruise at a maximum speed of 19 knots, powered by a pair of MTU 16V 4000M73 engines, with an economical range of 5,000 nautical miles.

“To conclude the 263 trilogy with such a uniquely personalised vessel – one that has already garnered technical awards for its complexity and quality – is a testament to our shipyard’s capability to deliver the owner's most demanding visions for tranquillity and luxury," said Ismail Şengün, CEO of Bilgin Yachts at Al Reem's delivery.

A statement from the owner read: "Al Reem is the realisation of the owner’s vision for tranquillity, art  and uncompromising comfort on the water – a minimalist masterpiece in the world of luxury yachting." Al Reem was launched in December 2024, first sold in 2022 to a buyer represented by Bluewater

According to BOATPro, Bilgin Yachts has 14 yachts on order or actively under construction, including seven units from the 52-metre Bilgin 170 series. Bilgin Yachts celebrated the launch of its second 52-metre Bilgin 170 yacht, NB83, in December.
