Reviva Refit, the refit brand of Turkish shipyard Mengi Yay, has announced the arrival of the 59.6-metre Trinity Yachts superyacht Grand Rusalina to its facilities in Tuzla.

Project R11.4, denoting the refit programme for Grand Rusalina, began in January 2025 and will span approximately five further months to meet her scheduled launch and delivery in April.

The superyacht was originally delivered in 2006 by the American builders to a design by Geoff Van Aller with interiors by Ricky Smith Designs. Designed for exploration, notable onboard features include a range of 6,000 nautical miles and accommodation for up to 16 guests.

The yacht is now undergoing an "extensive programme of renewal and maintenance works", comprising technical, structural and aesthetic changes. The current refit programme will include a comprehensive mechanical overhaul, including the engine systems, auxiliary machinery and critical components, valve maintenance across all systems, and a Five-Year RINA Classification Survey to full compliance and with a certification renewal.

In terms of aesthetics, Grand Rusalina will receive a full exterior hull repaint, exterior upholstery renewal on all outdoor soft furnishings and further interior upholstery upgrades to the cabin and saloon soft furnishings.

This refit marks the fourth consecutive year that the 59.6-metre has returned to the Turkish refit yard for works. The refit will be executed by Reviva Refit's specialist teams in close coordination with Grand Rusalina's captain and technical management.

The news comes at a busy time for the shipyard, with another Trinity Yachts build, the 47.9-metre motor yacht Mirabella, also currently undergoing works, alongside the 37.4-metre Bering Yachts motor yacht B121.
