Reviva Refit, the refit brand of Turkish shipyard Mengi Yay, has announced that major refit works are currently "well underway" on the 47.9-metre motor yacht Mirabella, originally delivered in 2004 by US yard Trinity Yachts.
Project R15, the refit programme for Mirabella, began in October 2025 and will span approximately six and a half months to meet a scheduled delivery date of 15 April 2026.
The news follows the announcement of Mirabella's sale in May 2025, where she was asking $12,400,000.

The interior furniture and woodwork will be refreshed or replaced; interior lights will be revised and exterior deck lighting enhanced; and the yacht will receive a full hull and superstructure paint renewal under controlled conditions.
In terms of lifestyle upgrades, there will be new exterior seating areas for improved guest use and flow on all decks, and the installation of a new, bespoke Jacuzzi on the redesigned sundeck. The transformer will also be integrated within the swim platform in addition to structural revisions and a dedicated watertight chamber.
